Born on 3 January 1952 in Deogidih, Kharsawan, Jharkhand, is a noted Seraikela Chhau artist and founder of Shristi Chhau Nritya Kala Kendra. He has performed across India in cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, and Seraikela, before dignitaries including President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. A dedicated teacher, he continues to train young rural and tribal artists, preserving the rich heritage of Kharsawan Chhau
